Emeraude Toubia

Emeraude is an Canadian actor best famous for the fantasy television show Shadowhunters on Freeform in addition to Venevision Telenovelas Cosita linda and Voltea Pa' Que te Enamores. Also a dancer, she is also a model. Montreal-born, she has lived in Texas since childhood, and always had a blast dancing. When she was a young girl, she began training in diverse forms of dance. In her teens, she took part in beauty contests. In 1999, she made her first on-screen appearance in Televisa's children's program El Mundo de los Ninos. Toubia achieved fame after she participated in Nuestra Belleza Latina in 2008. In 2010 she began her acting career as a receptionist in an episode of Telemundo's t l novela Aurora. Toubia was in the 2015 action drama Tattooed Love, her debut film.
